Community Eye Health

With the aim of promoting quality but affordable care in the vast majority of our populations, our community eye health programs are well designed to provide adequate solutions to local needs.
the vision center proliferation program, the school eye health program, the outreach program, the work place eye health program, the eye health program for disabled people and refugees.

ADVOCACY AND FUNDRAISING

Our team, through our networks of governmental and non-governmental organizations, learned societies as well as people of goodwill, is aimed at mobilizing and raising funds in order to carry out actions aimed at raising public awareness of the problem of eye health in Africa. These actions also extend to mobilizing available resources to promote eye health to the most disadvantaged people.

RESEARCH AND SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT IN EYE HEALTH

Through our various interventions in the implementation of our missions, AFROPHTHA with its partners, promotes the collection of reliable data to improve research and scientific development in Africa.
